The CSM-ACE 2012 is a prestigious event, which is held in high regard by the cyber and information security industry.
The Awards component will give due recognition to the most distinguished and innovative individuals, businesses and public service providers in Malaysia.
The Conference is expected to bring together over 300 participants from among the most influential and respected minds in business, government and academia, as well as key information security players to share ideas on technology, governance, and business continuity, risk & compliance for economic transformation.
The Exhibition will be a showcase of the latest technology in cyber security. The highlight of the Exhibition component for CSM-ACE 2012 is the participation of 25 companies featuring more than 30 ICT security products that have undergone stringent evaluation and certification process based on the Common Criteria ISO/IEC 15408.
For the 2012 installment of CSM-ACE, the theme is "CyberSecurity Risk & Compliance For Economic Transformation".
As a result of the recent National Transformation Program, cybersecurity has been identified as a potential sector for growth. Through the adoption and compliance of cybersecurity standards ; the nation's cyber risks are mitigated. This also give tremendous potential for economic activity such as the creation of number of jobs and business opportunity.
