Recently, the PHP development team has released advisory on multiple vulnerabilities in phpMyAdmin.
2.0 Impact
An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities to inject malicious scripts into the application, potentially compromising user accounts and sensitive data.
3.0 Affected Products
- phpMyAdmin versions 5.x prior to 5.2.2
4.0 Recommendations
CyberSecurity Malaysia encourages users and administrators to upgrade to phpMyAdmin 5.2.2 or later, which has properly fixed for the mentioned vulnerabilities above.
