Under the umbrella of CyberSecurity Malaysia, Cyber999 acts as the National point of contact for reporting computer security incidents and assist Malaysian Internet users in responding and resolving to computer incidents.
Computer security incidents may be reported to Cyber999 via the following channels: Online Form, Email, Phone calls and through the Cyber999 Mobile Apps.
Cyber999 also provides monthly Incident Statistics, Alerts and Advisories to warn the public and organisations with mitigation steps on the latest cyber security threats affecting the country.
Cyber999 also facilitates CSIRT Consultation to establish and enhance computer security incident response capability within organisations.
