Iklan Tender/RFP/Sebutharga

1. Tawaran berikut adalah dipelawa daripada syarikat-syarikat tempatan yang menawarkan perkhidmatan di bawah :-

2. Dokumen tawaran boleh disemak di laman sesawang di atas dan petender yang berminat untuk membeli dokumen tawaran dikehendaki memaklumkan nama, syarikat dan menyertakan salinan Sijil MoF melalui e-mel kepada pnld@cybersecurity.my. Waktu berurusan adalah pada hari bekerja, Isnin hingga Jumaat dari jam 9.00 pagi sehingga 5.00 petang sahaja.
3. Penjualan, pembelian dan pembayaran dokumen adalah melalui atas talian. Hanya petender yang layak sahaja akan diberikan maklumat pembayaran. Dokumen sebutharga hanya akan dikeluarkan setelah bukti pembayaran dikemukakan kepada pihak Bahagian Perolehan melalui e-mel.
4. Dokumen tawaran petender yang lengkap hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam peti tender yang disediakan dihantar di alamat di atas. Tutup sebutharga selewat-lewatnya pada pukul 12.00 tengahari. Dokumen tawaran petender yang lewat diterima tidak akan dipertimbangkan dan CyberSecurity Malaysia tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kehilangan, kelewatan dan sebagainya keatas dokumen yang dihantar melalui pos atau kurier.
5. Semua kos yang berkaitan dengan penghantaran dokumen tawaran adalah menjadi tanggungjawab petender.
6. CyberSecurity Malaysia tidak tertakluk untuk menerima mana-mana tawaran terendah atau sebarang tawaran. CyberSecurity Malaysia berhak untuk membatal/menunda/menggantung tawaran di atas secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian sebelum/selepas tarikh & masa tutup tawaran tanpa menyatakan sebab di atas keputusan tersebut. Sebarang perubahan pada tarikh pembelian dokumen dan tarikh tutup serta keputusan tawaran akan dimaklumkan di laman sesawang rasmi CyberSecurity Malaysia Bahagian Perolehan.

Vendor Registration

1. Vendor registration is applicable for CyberSecurity Malaysia’s purchase requisitions with a total value not exceeding RM50,000.00. For procurements exceeding RM50,000.00, vendors are advised to refer to the Advertisement section on our website for further details and instructions.
2. Vendor Registration Eligibility
   1. The vendor conduct business legally in Malaysia and registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
   2. Enterprise company/vendor must demonstrate that they have been operating under its business name for a period of not less than one year.
   3. The following entities are allowed to register as a CSM’s vendor:
      1. Sole Proprietorships/Enterprise
      2. Partnerships
      3. Companies (Private & Public Limited) that are registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
      4. Government Agencies/Companies (GLC/CLG)
      5. Professional Firms/Bodies i.e. Legal Firms, Accountants & Engineers.
      6. Universities/NGO
3. Vendor required to submit the following certificates issued by the authorities for the registration (where applicable):
   1. Sijil Pendaftaran Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
   2. Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF)
   3. Sijil Pendaftaran SST – Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia
   4. Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) where relevant
   5. Other government/professional bodies (where related)
