CYBERSAFETM IN SCHOOLS WORKSHOP - 2021 COLLABORATION PROJECT BETWEEN CYBERSECURITY MALAYSIA AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION MALAYSIA

On 8th to 10th January 2021, CyberSecurity Malaysia in collaboration with the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) through the Education Resources and Technology Division (BSTP) organised CyberSAFE™ in School Workshop in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
This workshop works as a platform to prepare list of activities to be conducted throughout 2021. During this workshop, National Cyber Security Awareness Module (MKKSN) were handover to the Ministry of Education to be channeled to schools throughout Malaysia.
Other than representatives from BSTP, representatives from the Aminudin Baki Institute (IAB) and English teachers from schools around Kuala Lumpur participated in this workshop.
This workshop reinforce CyberSecurity Malaysia’s cooperation with the Ministry of Education, especially in enhancing cyber security programs and initiatives to provide continuous exposure to the general public.
18TH INTERNATIONAL BHURBAN CONFERENCE ON APPLIED SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGY (IBCAST-2021)

On 13th January 2021, CyberSecurity Malaysia participated in the 18th International Bhurban Conference on Applied Sciences & Technology (IBCAST-2021) organised by the Centers of Excellence in Science & Applied Technology (CESAT) online.
CyberSecurity Malaysia represented by Ts. Dr. Zahri Yunos, Chief Operating Officer was invited to present a paper entitled "Cyber Resiliency in Critical Infrastructure Environment".
Other international speakers participated in the conference were from Australia, China, Russia and Turkey.
This conference also exhibit several technological innovations and ideas in the field of cyber security aligning with the current circulation and developments.
CyberSecurity Malaysia's participation in this conference has successfully upheld its image and reputation as a major leader in the field of cyber security in the eyes of the world
