We meet again in the fourth edition of CyberNEWS for 2019. Thank you to our loyal readers who constantly read and support CyberNEWS.

This fourth quarter witnessed CyberSecurity Malaysia's active involvement in cyber security programs both locally and internationally including conferences, technical training programs, forums, seminars and workshops, cyber security awareness activities and a series of visits.

Amongst programs participated were the International Common Criteria Conference (ICCC) 2019 in United State of America, International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Meeting in Geneva, Switzerland and Arab Regional Cybersecurity Summit, FIRST & ITU-ARCC Regional Symposium & 11th OIC CERT Annual Conference in Muscat, Oman.

CyberSecurity Malaysia had also joined organized events in collaboration with local and international agencies such as the launching of Cybersecurity Modular Professional Certification and Cybersecurity Awareness & Knowledge Systemic High-level Application (YAKSHA) First User Conference.

In December 2019, CyberSecurity Malaysia through the Malaysia Computer Emergency Response Team (MyCERT) had participated in the International Cyber Shield 2019 held at the Information and Communications Technologies Authority (ICTA) Headquarters, Ankara, Turkey. Meanwhile, in December 2019, as a Permanent Secretary of the OIC-CERT, CyberSecurity Malaysia attended Annual Coordination Meeting of the OIC Institutions (ACMOI) 2019 held at the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Head Quarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As a cyber security technical expert agency, CyberSecurity Malaysia is committed to provide quality and world-class services and to actively engage in various cyber security-related programs and activities.
